The story
I've been running an MSP for seventeen years and counting, which means OpsMerge is built by someone still in the trenches. We've worked through three of the big platforms over those years, and every one of them got bought, hiked the price, killed a feature we relied on, or quietly broke the integration to the next thing in our stack. Sometimes all four.
The breaking point wasn't one bug. It was realising the people building the tools didn't operate them. They ran roadmap by survey. They priced by quote call. They optimised for procurement scoring sheets, not for the tech standing at a customer site at 11pm on a Friday trying to make the thing work.
So I started writing what became OpsMerge. Not a side project. A proper company, a proper architecture, built to sell to other MSPs who'd had the same evening I'd had.
That is the entire pitch. We are operators building tools for operators. We will get things wrong. We will ship bugs. We will not pretend the tool is something it isn't, and we will not put pricing behind a sales call.

Infrastructure
- Regions — EU and US regions live; AP on the roadmap. Each region holds its own application, database, object storage and email gateway. Customer data lives in the region, it never leaves the region it was provisioned in.
- EU region — EU origin on dedicated infrastructure, object storage on an EU endpoint, email gateway at mx-eu.opsmerge.cloud, outbound mail via an EU-based transactional provider (send-only).
- US region — US origin on dedicated infrastructure, object storage on a US endpoint, email gateway at mx-us.opsmerge.cloud. Customers signing up with country=United States land here automatically.
- Analytics — first-party, EU-hosted; no Google Analytics, no Segment, no Mixpanel.
- Edge / DNS — managed edge layer, proxied.
- Code signing — Windows installers signed; macOS distribution via direct download.
Account data, agent telemetry, ticket attachments and email gateway traffic stay inside the region they were provisioned in. Sub-processor names are listed in our Privacy Policy.
