What's in the box

One platform. Twelve pillars. No middleware to babysit.

Every feature shares one data model, one event bus, and one SPA. The pieces fit because they were built to fit.

Capacity forecasting on every asset

Per-asset, per-metric projections of when a value crosses its warn threshold. Disk usage at 28% growing 1.1% a day reaches 60% in 27 days. Ticket the customer this morning, not at midnight on a Friday.

Why this works

Tight coupling is the feature

The industry sold "platforms" for a decade. What you actually got was an RMM that bought a PSA, then bought a docs tool, then bought an email thing, and called the pile integrated. Six databases, six release cycles, six bug trackers. When something breaks at 11pm on a Friday, the support tickets bounce between three vendors who all blame each other.

OpsMerge is the opposite shape. One platform, one agent binary, one screen. Tickets point at assets. Invoices point at live agent counts. Domain checks run on the same job runner as your scripts. And if OpsMerge does inevitably wobble, you've got one place to look and one team to shout at. Not three vendors blaming each other.

Integrations

Short list. Deep work.

We'd rather ship five integrations that work than build a logo wall. Here's everything OpsMerge talks to today.

  • QuickBooks
  • Xero (soon)
  • Pax8
  • MSP360
  • Microsoft 365
  • CIPP

What's not here yet

  • In-product documentation

Runbooks, network diagrams, credential references and KB articles attached directly to each asset. No separate documentation tool to keep in sync.

  • Magic-link client portal auth

In design with CIPP integration for Entra contact import.

  • Service catalogue / KEDB / CAB

    ITIL-shaped features deferred to post-GA.

  • Mobile app

Post-GA. Responsive web works today; a real native app comes later.

If a missing feature is a deal-breaker for you, tell us on the beta application. We'd rather hear it now than a month into onboarding.

Common questions

  • Are all twelve pillars production-ready?
The core pillars ship today. Reporting is operational with the standard dashboards; bespoke report-builder UI lands during beta. Security/compliance posture is documented on /security.
  • Is anything bolted on via third-party SaaS?
Stripe handles our subscription billing. A managed edge / DDoS layer fronts the origin. Object storage runs on an EU-region endpoint. The rest of the platform runs on EU infrastructure under our control. Sub-processor names are listed in the Privacy Policy.
  • Do features have feature flags?
Yes. Every major feature can be toggled per organisation in the admin console. You do not have to use what you do not need.
  • Can I export my data?
Yes. Full database dump on request, plus per-table CSV exports from the SPA. We will never hold your data hostage.

See it on your real fleet

The beta gets you a real instance, not a sandbox demo. Tell us your shop size and the pillars that matter most. We'll take it from there.
