What happens next
- We acknowledge within one UK business day.
- We review against the current cohort intake. We're admitting in waves to keep onboarding quality high.
- If you're admitted, you'll get the welcome pack (DPA, infrastructure diagram, install guide, dashboard credentials) and your Founder Discord invite within 48 hours.
- If you're not in this cohort, we'll tell you and we'll keep your application warm for the next one. We respond to every application — yes or no.

Is the beta really free?
Yes. No card, no contract, no auto-flip-to-paid. The cost is the feedback we ask for in return.How long is the cohort window?
Currently 90 days, then we evaluate continuation. Cohorts continuing beyond 90 days will be told ahead of any pricing change.Can I keep using OpsMerge after the cohort window?
Yes — we will convert you to a beta-pricing plan, with advance notice of any change, when GA pricing unfreezes. We will tell you the numbers ahead of any change. (Locked-for-life pricing is reserved for the Founder programme.)What if my data needs to leave the platform?
You can export a full database dump and per-table CSVs at any time. We do not hold data hostage.Can I keep running my current platform during the beta?
Yes — and we encourage it. Run them in parallel for a window before any cut-over.Who do I talk to if something is broken?
