Pricing posture

Pricing is paused. Beta is free. GA will be on this page.

We turned off paid signup so we can validate pricing on real beta usage instead of guessing. When it comes back on, it'll be public, in your cell's currency (GBP on the EU cell, USD on the US cell), monthly or annual, flat per-MSP. No quote call, no per-tech upsell, no surprises.

Paid signup is paused

OpsMerge is in closed beta. Beta is free for the whole cohort window. No card, no contract, no auto-flip-to-paid. When pricing reopens at GA, it lands here, in your cell's currency, no sales call required.

What pricing will look like at GA

The shape, even if numbers are TBD

  • Public

Real numbers, on this page, the day pricing comes back on.

  • Currency by region

Pounds on the EU cell. US dollars on the US cell as pricing rolls out there. Currency follows where you sign up.

  • Monthly or annual

Annual saves you two months. No 24-month lock-in either way.

  • Flat per-MSP

Not per-endpoint, not per-tech, not per-seat. Onboard a client and the bill stays put.

  • Two plans

One for getting set up, one for cracking on. Plus an asset pack if you outgrow the included count.

  • No quote call

Sign up online, card via Stripe Checkout, done. No "let's get on a 30 minute discovery call".

We'd rather lose a deal because the price is on the page than win one because the buyer couldn't compare us to anyone else.

Why no per-endpoint pricing

Because it punishes the wrong things

Per-endpoint pricing taxes you for landing a new client. Per-tech pricing taxes you for hiring. Both quietly push you to keep the shop small, or to fudge the count.

Flat per-MSP keeps everyone honest. We make money when your shop runs well. We don't make a penny more because you onboarded a new customer last week.

Promotional posture

No flash sales. No lock-ins. No funny business.

  • No "50% off for the first 90 days" gotcha.
  • No "sign for 24 months and get a discount" trap.
  • No referral kickbacks (yet, we may add a proper partner programme post-GA).

We'd rather price it right than price it in a way that needs constant promotional cover.

Common questions

  • When does pricing unfreeze?
When we have enough beta data to set GA prices we will not have to change in six months. We will announce it on the blog and update this page.
  • What about non-GBP currencies?
GBP at GA on the EU cell, with USD on the US cell as pricing rolls out there. EUR later.
  • Will there be a free tier post-GA?
Probably not. We would rather charge fairly than gate the product behind feature limitations. The closed beta substitutes for a free tier during the lead-up.
  • Can I get a discount for early commitment?
Annual pricing will be discounted vs. monthly. We are not running custom-deal pricing — public price is the price.
  • What happens if the price changes?
We review pricing once a year. If your plan price changes, you will get 90 days written notice. If you do not fancy the new number, drop us a line and we will talk it through, we would rather sort something out than lose a good MSP over a number. Founders are locked for life while subscribed.
