The queue, on the wall, actually live.

Wallboard products sync your PSA through a rate-limited API and charge monthly for the privilege of five-minute-old numbers. Ours reads the same database your tickets live in. Big numbers, three states, refreshed every fifteen seconds, on any TV with a browser.

The panel library

Twelve panels across four groups. Pick up to eight per board.

  • Ticket queue — unassigned, open by priority, urgent and high, oldest waiting on us, today new vs closed
  • SLA pressure — at risk, breached, and a next-to-breach list with live countdowns
  • Infrastructure — servers offline, failing checks, open alerts by severity
  • Team — open tickets per technician, busiest first

Thresholds, not decoration

Every count panel has warning and critical thresholds you set.

  • At warning the panel turns amber with an accent bar; at critical it fills solid red — readable from across the room
  • A zero on target dims instead of celebrating, so anything coloured is genuinely asking for attention
  • Boards cap at eight panels on purpose. A focused board gets read; a thirty-widget canvas becomes wallpaper.

Any TV with a browser

Per-screen display tokens, no login on the wall.

  • Mint a named token per physical screen — the kiosk URL is the only credential the TV ever holds
  • Revoke one screen and it goes dark within a refresh; the others carry on
  • The management page shows per-screen liveness, so you can tell from your desk whether the office TV is still showing the board

Honest about freshness

A wallboard you cannot trust is worse than no wallboard.

  • Every board carries an updated-seconds-ago indicator
  • If updates stop, the board dims, a stale-data banner appears, and the numbers visibly stop being trustworthy
  • Recovery is automatic on the next successful refresh — a network blip never blanks the TV

Common questions

  • Is it actually live, or synced?
    Live. The board reads the same platform your tickets and alerts live in, refreshed every fifteen seconds by default (ten at the floor). There is no API sync, no cache, and no separate dashboard product in the middle.
  • Does each TV need a licence?
    No. Each physical screen gets a named display token baked into a kiosk URL — no login on the wall, no seat consumed. Revoke a token and that screen goes dark within one refresh.
  • What can a board show?
    Up to eight panels from a twelve-panel library: ticket queue health (unassigned, priorities, oldest waiting, today in/out), SLA pressure (at risk, breached, next to breach with countdowns), infrastructure (servers offline, failing checks, open alerts) and per-technician workload.
  • What happens when the network drops?
    The board keeps the last good numbers, dims itself, and shows a stale-data banner with the time since the last update. It recovers automatically on the next successful refresh. A stale board can never be mistaken for a quiet one.
